Member plan details
Everything you need to know about being a Farr member
Scheduling
We handle all scheduling for you. Once you’re enrolled, your visits are placed into our calendar automatically.
You’ll receive:
- A reminder 2 weeks before your visit
- A reminder 2 days before your visit
If the scheduled time doesn’t work, simply reply to the reminder. Farr plan members receive priority rescheduling so you’re always taken care of.
Cancellation
We want you to stay because you love the service, not because you feel locked in.
You’ll receive:
- No cancellation fees
- If you cancel within the first 12 months, just reimburse the initial discount received from your plan
- No stress, no pressure
Payments
Your plan is billed automatically on the first day of your target service month.
If you skip a service:
- That amount becomes account credit
- Credits can be used for any future add-on service (gutter cleaning, pressure washing, etc.)
- Credits never expire
